Angel began to specialize in the IT and Marketing side of the real estate business. He graduated from the University of Oregon in 2015 and served in various roles in the property management of student housing. As he became experienced and knowledageble, he decided to start-up his own property management in 2022. His passion to find homes for residents comes from his father who led a ministry at the Eugene Mission for 10 years as a chaplain.
